Purchases can be made through a PayPal account, or any credit/debit card through PayPal.
There is a standard seven-day cancellation period for materials that are posted out to the student. All cancellations must be made in writing, and all course materials should be returned to us at the student’s own cost and risk.
When returning course materials, the student should quote his or her name, address, order number and the reason for cancellation.

The Online Learning Academy recommends that the student obtains proof of postage documentation from the Post Office, or sends items by Recorded Delivery, should they wish to return any study materials.
The Online Learning Academy regrets that it cannot be responsible for study materials that are damaged in transit, do not reach their intended destination or are lost in the post.
We are unable to offer course refunds for materials sent to the student electronically via email, as these are not returnable.
